Growing pains and growth spurts
What’s Brewing?
5,000 + SUBSCRIBERS! TMJ’s “Muslim Brew” hit more than 5k subscribers in just a couple months. Our readership is growing exponentially, and we could not be more honored to curate the brew weekly for our readers. The truth is, Sara and I have been loving the process of curating content for the Brew, and we hope to build on what we do consistently by adding more elements, games, interactive features and elements to “fun” journalism. We also want to try moving the Brew to Saturdays instead of Fridays, hoping that our readers can enjoy our content in their downtime. Who knows, maybe we can release the Brew more than just once a week! However, growth also means costs, as TMJ News has to pay per subscriber. To keep the Brew going, we urge our readers to donate to our ongoing fundraiser or to partner with us through ads and sponsorships. TMJ News is entirely grassroots funded, which means that our love, support and funding comes from the people. As TMJ News goes through growing pains and growth spurts, we can’t wait to enjoy the journey, put in the hard work and collectively watch the fruits of our labor.
Warm regards,

While Israel says it is targeting “terrorist operatives and infrastructure,” Palestinian civilians are once again the targets of yet another brutal attack.

President Biden has announced increased taxes on Chinese imports in strategic industries, including electric vehicles, solar cells, and medical products. The aim is to target China’s non-market trade practices while boosting US industries. The Chinese government condemned the new tariffs, saying they will “severely affect the atmosphere for bilateral cooperation.”
