The objective of this day is to take a clear stance against worldwide oppression, specifically highlighting the Zionist usurpation of Palestine. Al-Quds Day demonstrates the unity, will, and power of those seeking justice in the face of world hegemons today.

Al-Quds Day, both upon its declaration and as an everlasting movement, continues to reveal those steadfast in the pursuit of truth, because the Palestinian cause is a paradigmatic example of a body resisting against an oppressive entity. The atrocities around the world are directly connected to their central struggle. It remains to be seen what this year brings because Quds day this year is definitely like any other.

Iran Vows a “Slap in the Face” to Israel

Israel’s air raid in Damascus this week targeted the Iranian consulate, killing seven IRGC officers, among whom were generals Mohammad Reza Zahedi and Mohammad Hadi Haji Rahimi. In response, Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei vowed to punish Israel, adding that “they will of course receive a slap in the face for this move.” While Iran has shared no details of a potential attack, Israel is already bracing for the nightmare it has unleashed against itself.

According to the Federal Reserve, The combined wealth of the richest people in the US has grown to $44.6 trillion since last year, with an increase of $2 trillion just in the fourth quarter, thanks to the skyrocketing stock market. The wealthiest 1% are defined as those whose personal wealth exceeds $11 million, and they make up the primary beneficiaries of the stock market rally. Meanwhile, the wealth gap has once again returned to pre-pandemic levels and is on the rise.

The IDF Uses AI to Target and Kill Palestinians

The Israeli publication +972 has exposed that the IDF has marked tens of thousands of Gazans as suspects for assassination using an AI targeting system. “Lavender” is the AI machine directing Israel’s bombing spree in Gaza, and allegedly treats findings “as if it were a human decision.” The AI tool reportedly identified as many as 37,000 Palestinians as suspected militants and was responsible for thousands of Palestinians being wiped out in air strikes during the first few weeks of war.
