Resistance is recognized as a natural human reaction when oppression or injustice is experienced. It is understood that diplomacy alone cannot always provide protection or justice. In many cases, attempts at peaceful negotiation have failed to prevent ongoing violations or aggressions. The international community has often been limited to condemnation without effective intervention. For example, repeated United Nations resolutions condemning Israeli actions in occupied territories have failed to halt continued violations, including settlement expansions and military operations. Despite global declarations, enforcement measures have been weak or absent, leaving affected populations vulnerable. This pattern of inaction raises urgent questions about what options remain when diplomacy and international pressure fall short. Sovereignty, as a fundamental principle, is understood to include the rejection of any foreign commands that undermine a nation’s independence. The benefit of the country must be identified and prioritized by its own people, free from external influence. Actions are therefore taken based on what serves the country’s interest and preserves its autonomy.
