Sneak Peak:

"The most significant outcome of this war is the profound transformation occurring in hearts and minds. Evil, in its many forms, has persisted since the dawn of time. True victory lies in remaining steadfast in one’s principles until the very end. Today, we see this resilience embodied in Gaza. The blood spilled is reshaping global consciousness by exposing the brutal reality of the capitalist order and tearing away its masks of deception. The scale of atrocity has not been seen since World War II, and all the international conventions and agreements meant to prevent such genocide have been revealed as hollow words when confronted with the truth on the ground.

Due to the unwavering resistance of Gaza’s population—who refuse to surrender or allow the enemy to claim any victory—the idea of resistance has now taken root in the hearts of hundreds of millions across the world. This transformation has come at the highest cost: the blood of tens of thousands of Gazans. Yet the most vital component of any movement is the consolidation of its core idea. The concept of resistance is inherent to every free soul. No amount of violence or suppression can extinguish it. Whether or not one can act in the physical realm, the belief in resistance is foundational. When this belief evolves into action, it gives resistance both structure and substance. As oppression deepens, so too does the drive toward liberation, and from that convergence, organized resistance emerges.”

 A TMJ News Original Report

On July 23, TMJ News covered ‘Hijab on the Hill,’ an event in Washington DC honoring Muslim women in politics and public service. But when questions turned to U.S. policy on Pale-stine, the enthusiasm gave way to silence. Several attendees, including staffers linked to prominent Muslim lawmakers, declined to comment, citing political constraints. As atrocities in Ga-za continue, this report examines the disconnect between representation and responsibility—and why presence alone is not enough.
